A haj\u00f3z\u00e1si \u00e9s haj\u00f3g\u00e9p\u00e9sz szakokon olyan \u00fczemm\u00e9rn\u00f6k\u00f6ket k\u00e9peztek, akik tanulm\u00e1nyaik befejez\u00e9se \u00e9s az el\u0151\u00edrt haj\u00f3z\u00e1si gyakorlat megszerz\u00e9se ut\u00e1n belv\u00edzi \u00e9s tengeri haj\u00f3kon, fed\u00e9lzeti \u00e9s g\u00e9ptiszti munkak\u00f6r\u00f6ket l\u00e1thattak el. M\u00edg a SZIKTMF-en a hallgat\u00f3k az elm\u00e9leti ismereteket szerezhett\u00e9k meg, a gyakorlati tapasztalatokra a MAHART v\u00e1llalatn\u00e1l tehettek szert. A tansz\u00e9k vezet\u0151j\u00e9t, Ugr\u00f3czky L\u00e1szl\u00f3 f\u0151iskolai docenst 1989. janu\u00e1r 1-j\u00e9vel nevezt\u00e9k ki hivatalosan. A vele k\u00e9sz\u00fclt interj\u00fa a J\u00f6v\u0151 \u00dczemm\u00e9rn\u00f6ke c\u00edm\u0171 f\u0151iskolai lapban jelent meg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1992-ben a F\u0151iskolai Tan\u00e1cs elfogadta azt az int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyfejleszt\u00e9si tervet, amelynek megval\u00f3s\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val a fels\u0151oktat\u00e1s fejleszt\u00e9si t\u00f6rekv\u00e9sei \u00e9s a normat\u00edv finansz\u00edroz\u00e1s rendszer\u00e9nek bevezet\u00e9se Gy\u0151r\u00f6tt is szabad teret kapott. Ez a k\u00e9pz\u00e9si szakoknak \u00faj rendszerben t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 elhelyez\u00e9s\u00e9t eredm\u00e9nyezte. Amikor e v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sokat 1993-ban a szervezet \u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1sa is k\u00f6vette, akkor a G\u00e9pj\u00e1rm\u0171\u00fczemi Oszt\u00e1ly, a Vas\u00fat\u00fczemi Oszt\u00e1ly \u00e9s az \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 Haj\u00f3z\u00e1si Tansz\u00e9k egyes\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9vel \u00faj szervezeti egys\u00e9g, a f\u0151iskola K\u00f6zleked\u00e9si Tansz\u00e9ke sz\u00fcletett meg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the decison of the then Ministry of Education, on the 1st of 1988, the legal predecessor Transportation and Telecommunication Faculty of Technical Sciences of Gy\u0151r could established a Department of Naval Architecture, firstly in the country. The education began in two majors. In the naval architect and engine room artificer majors they educated production engineers, who could provide in deckhand and engineer officer positions on ships sailing on internal waters or on marine ships, after they finished their studies and received their sailing practice. While at the SZIKTMF the students could get their theoritical knowledge, they could acquire practical experiences at the MAHART company. The conductor of the department, L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Ugr\u00f3czky associate professor was officially appointed on the 1st of January in 1989. The interview made with him was announced in the Production Engineer of the Future paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1992 the Council of the University accepted the developement strategy, with the implementation of which the development efforts in the higher education and the introduction of a system of normative financing in Gy\u0151r were given a free hand. This resulted in the placement of the training majors into the new system. When these changes were followed by the restructuring of the organization in 1993, a new organizational unit, the Department of Transport of the university was born, with the merging of the Vehicle Operation Department, the Railway Operation Department and the independent Naval Architecture Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
